One-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn NYC for Swap

Our apartment is open and spacious (for NYC standards) in Flatbush, Brooklyn. We live in a luxury apartment with a game room, gym, laundry, and work space in the basement and a furnished roof. It’s currently set up for a baby, though we do co-sleep so there is only one bed, plus two large floor cushions in the living room that someone could sleep on. The closest nature spot is Prospect Park, a ten minute train ride away. We are located 30 minutes from Manhattan by train, and there are many, many beautiful nature spots just North of the city that are also accessible by train.
