Huge resort backyard. Hot tub, pool with slide and waterfalls, palapa, fire pit and BBQ area. Fenced in area in the backyard next to the house for kids.
Tile floors, granite counter tops and full deluxe kitchen. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor.
We have tons of kids toys, games, craft supplies, outdoor toys, fort building kits, princess castles, books, swing, sand toys, ping pong etc. The house is setup for kids since we have 2 kids, ages 8 and 4.
For families traveling with infants or toddlers we have a crib and we have a baby gate available.
We are looking to rent the house from Nov 24-Feb 25. Prefer to rent it to a single group for that time but will also consider monthly rentals.
$4200 per month
Includes all normal utility usage, once a week pool guy and once a week gardener
