1 full bathroom on the second floor with bath and shower and 1 bathroom on the first floor with toilet only. There’s also a laundry room on the first floor with washing and drying machines that you can use.
Fully equiped kitchen with a beautiful new kitchen island with quartz countertop that can seat up to 4 people. Dining room has a large table that can seat up to 8 people.
Living room has a grand piano and a TV.
Large playroom in the basement, and also many toys and games in the living room.
You will also have access to a large fully fenced backyard with a swimming pool, a patio, a play set and many toys.
We are located in a very quiet suburban neighbourhood, 3 minutes away from the Montmorency waterfall and 12 minutes away from Old Quebec (by car). You can also catch a bus down the street. There’s a grocery store, a wine and liquor store, a drugstore, some restaurants and 3 playgrounds in a 1-mile radius.
We are planning a roadtrip in the USA from August to December 2019.
