We are 15 min from the Southern Coast in the Algarve Portugal and 30 min from the West Coast in the foothills of the Monchique Mountain.
40 min from Faro airport , 2,5 hours from Lisbon.
Our property has 5 ha (50.000 sq meters)
The house is ideal for 3 to 5 People and was built for us with good thermal insulation , AC , Central heating , Solar system for hot water combined with wood burning heating system.
It is furnished and well equipped with a RO water purification system, Miele washing machine , a good internet connection 20+ Mbs up and download speed,
All the building materials are sustainable and non toxic including the wall paint.
We have a lake that is nice for swimming in Spring and Summer and we have a nice organic orchard with more than 40 types of fruit including Mangoes , Avocados, Bananas , Guabe, Macadamia , Lemon Limes , Oranges , Apricots and Plums and Peaches and Pitangas.
There is also a meditation pavillon with view over lake for Yoga and Chi Kung and Tai chi and other meditative practices.
In Autumn , Winter and Spring a little stream is flowing over our land and from the top of our land there is sea view in the distance (10 km).
