Modern Family Home in inner-city Calgary

We are a family with 4 young children, who love to travel and explore. We have a modern infill home in Mount Pleasant, Calgary. It is a close bicycle ride to the downtown and a short walk to Confederation park, numerous playgrounds, public transit, shopping and dinning. Easy access to the airport and Highway one west. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king sized bed as well as two smaller bedrooms, one with two twin beds, another with a single bed and a crib can be set up if required. We have a large professional kitchen, large downstairs playroom and a learning / art/ play space on the main floor with plenty of books and toys for children. There is a small fenced backyard and patio with a BBQ. Calgary is about an hour a way from the Kananaskis and Banff for those who are interested in exploring the National Park. This is a no smoking and no pet home (allergies). We would be interested in swapping homes anytime in the summer months or December 2018/ January 2019, and are interested in a longer term 2-6 months in Europe in Spring or Summer 2019.
