The house is situated 30 min walk to the beach, across the road from a bus stop, IGA mini supermarket, Chinese takeaway and an Italian restaurant. We have a Granny flat attached on the side with a lovely long term tenant. The house is available for $700 AUD per week with all bills included if you take it for the whole 3 months. We would consider shorter rents of 2 weeks or more.
